Ms. Frear’s practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, business law, estate planning and probate.

Ms. Frear obtained her law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1996 and graduated from Winona State University summa cum laude with her B.S. degree in 1993.

After practicing in Wisconsin, Ms. Frear relocated to Colorado in 1997. She joined the firm in April of 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Frear worked in the title insurance industry for more than 20 years.

Ms. Frear is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
